With real estate sites there are a ton of different API’s available – they are essentially all the same though in that they use the same basic premise – they provide the API and we consume it. Naturally there are subtleties to each but they are all basically consumed in the same manner.
Some of the most common APIs we have worked with include:
– The Homeaway Escapia API (which we have done projects on).
– The RNS API (have several projects here too).
– IDX
